🔧 2、 Regular maintenance (weekly/monthly/annual) Air system Clean or replace the air filter element every week (if the dust accumulation is marked in red, it needs to be replaced). Check the sealing of the intake pipeline to prevent air leakage and poor combustion. Key component replacement Oil filter: Replace within 20 hours for the first time, and replace every 200 hours thereafter. Fuel filter/oil: Check every 50 hours and replace every 200 hours. Coolant: Replace annually or after 500 hours of operation to prevent corrosion and scale buildup. Performance testing Conduct monthly load testing to verify the stability of the unit at full load operation.
